For clinics

Peachmigo for clinic teams

Find free and low-cost care in Georgia, add it to a handout, and give it to a patient on paper or by link. It is free, and nobody signs in.

What Peachmigo does

Peachmigo is a free directory of care resources for uninsured and low-income Georgians. It lists medicines, tests, clinics, and support programs. Every entry links to its official source.

Clinic teams can use it to build one handout for a patient. A handout can hold several resources. For each one you choose what it is for and whether it is the first place to call or a backup. You can print the handout, copy it as text, or share it as a link or a QR code.

Peachmigo does not check stock, appointment times, or whether someone is eligible. It does not give medical advice.

A handout in about a minute

These steps are meant to take about a minute for one patient. We have not timed them with clinic staff yet.

  1. Find options. Search for a medicine, a test, or a kind of help. Or paste a medication list to see options for each medicine. Or use the Income check to compare a household's income with published limits.
  2. Add to handout. Choose Add to handout on each resource you want. Then say what each one is for and whether it is a first contact or a backup.
  3. Print or share. Print the handout, copy it as text, or share a link or QR code. Choose English or Spanish. The Spanish text is a draft, and each Spanish handout says so.

Do not type patient names, birth dates, or other personal details into Peachmigo.

Set up your clinic

Clinic setup puts your clinic's name and phone number at the top of each handout. You can also choose a default county and a default handout language.

Setup is saved in the browser on that computer. It is not sent to Peachmigo.

To set up a colleague's computer, choose Copy setup link for colleagues in Clinic setup. The link can include up to five of your saved lists. When your colleague opens it, Peachmigo shows what it will save and saves it only after they choose Save to this device. The link carries your clinic's name and phone number, so share it only with your own team.

Open clinic setup

Both sheets fit on one US Letter page. Each has a QR code that opens Peachmigo on a patient's phone. You can print them in English or Spanish. The Spanish text is a draft.

Copy into your EMR

Turn on Staff tools in Settings. Cards then show Details & EMR, and the handout has a Copy for EMR button. It copies the instructions so you can paste them into a visit note or an after-visit summary. Staff tools turn off by themselves after 12 hours.

Test the paste first. Paste into a test patient record or a practice note before you use it with a real patient. Each EMR handles pasted formatting differently, and a QR code image may not come through. Peachmigo has not tested specific EMR systems. Plain-text copy and printing still work as fallbacks.

Privacy

  • No accounts. Nobody signs in. Peachmigo has no patient accounts.
  • Handout links carry no patient details. A link holds the resources you chose, fixed choices (what each is for, first or backup), the handout language, your clinic's name and phone when set up (uncheck to leave them out), and medicine names only if you check the box. Anyone who has the link can see everything in it.
  • A pasted medication list stays in the browser's memory. It is gone when you close or reload the page.
  • Income stays on the device. The Income check turns income into a percent of the poverty level on the device. Only that percent and a few choices (household size, coverage, age, and pregnancy) are kept, and only until you close the tab. The income amount is not kept. None of it goes into links, usage counts, print, or share text.
  • Some settings are saved on the device. These are your clinic setup, default county, and handout language. Favorites, collections, and recent searches are saved only if you use them. Recent searches are off until you turn them on, hold five at most, and expire after 12 hours.
  • Smart search uses TypeSafe AI. When you search, the search text and public resource descriptions go to TypeSafe AI, a service that helps match different wording. Insurance and county choices stay on the device. Leave out names and other personal details. If the service cannot be reached, local search still works.
  • Usage counts are optional. They are off unless a visitor turns them on, and they follow Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. They never include search text, resource IDs, handout contents, or anything that identifies a person.
  • Our host. Our web host keeps its own security and hosting logs. They are separate from the records described here.

Other websites you open from Peachmigo have their own privacy policies.

Our independence pledge

This is how Peachmigo works today.

  • No ads. Peachmigo shows no advertising.
  • No paid placement. Nobody can pay to be listed, ranked, or recommended.
  • No patient accounts.
  • No selling data. Peachmigo does not sell data.

Peachmigo is an independent directory. Handouts carry no hospital branding or affiliation.

Corrections and feedback

If a phone number, link, or detail is wrong, tell us from the resource itself. Choose Feedback / correction on a resource, or Did this resource help? in a handout. Then pick what happened, such as wrong phone number, broken website link, or service was unavailable.

A report sends only the resource and your choice. It has no name, contact details, or message, so we cannot reply to it. Do not use it to ask for help. A report is a self-report, not a verified fact, so we check the official source before we change an entry. Our system is set to remove reports after 90 days.
