Print a tear-off sheet
A one-page sheet for a bulletin board or front desk. Along the bottom are eight strips. Each strip has a QR code that opens Peachmigo on a patient’s phone.
The Spanish text is a draft. It still needs a review, so the printed Spanish sheet says so.
How to print
- Pick a language. The preview updates as you go.
- Press Print this page, or use your browser’s print command.
- In the print window, choose Letter paper (8.5 by 11 inches), Portrait, and Scale 100%. Turn Headers and footers off.
- Cut straight up each short dashed line, from the bottom edge to the long dashed line across the sheet. Stop at the long line.
- Hang the sheet where people can reach it. A patient tears off one strip along the long dashed line.
- Scan a strip with your own phone before you hang the sheet. It opens peachmigo.com.
