Hospital bills lists the financial assistance policies of 17 hospital systems, with income limits and how to apply.
For clinics shows a clinic team how to build a handout, print a poster, and copy text into an EMR. It also says what stays on the device.
How we review explains how entries are checked against official sources and what a Reviewed date means.
Print a poster has a one-page poster with a QR code. A tear-off sheet has eight strips along the bottom, and each strip has its own QR code.
The poster and the tear-off sheet come in English and Spanish. The Spanish versions say the text is a draft.
What changed lists changes to Peachmigo, newest first.
County choice and the home page
Choose your county. Options for that county are listed ahead of help that covers all of Georgia. Statewide help still shows. Your choice is saved on this device.
The directory has 96 entries, up from 65. The 31 new entries are 16 hospital financial assistance policies and 15 clinics and services. Of those 15, 9 are in the Valdosta area, 1 is a dental school clinic in Augusta, and 5 are dental and vision programs open across Georgia.
Search, Medication list, and Income check are now tabs on the home page. The search bar stays at the top while you scroll. A Filters window holds the county, insurance, and other filters.
On a screen 1100 pixels wide or more, the handout sits beside the results. On a narrower screen it is a bar at the bottom once something is added.
Clinic setup and Spanish for handouts
A handout link can include your clinic's name and phone. Medicine names go into the link only if you tick Include medicine names in the link.
Clinic setup saves a clinic name, phone, default county, and handout language on this device. Copy setup link for colleagues makes a link. A colleague who opens it sees what it would save and chooses whether to save it.
Enter clinic details only, never patient information.
A handout can be printed, copied, or shared in Spanish with the English | Español toggle. Draft Spanish text exists for all 96 entries. A line with no Spanish text shows in English and is marked en inglés.
The Spanish text is a draft that still needs a review by a bilingual person. Each Spanish handout says so.
Application checklists and renewal reminders
Resource details can show an Application kit, Hospital financial assistance, and Income & coverage rules when the entry has them. 18 entries have an application kit, 17 have a hospital policy, and 33 have income and coverage rules.
A handout can include application checklists. A checklist lists the documents to gather, each with a box to tick on paper. A Print checklist button in an entry's details prints that checklist alone.
Add renewal reminders saves a calendar file with one all-day event for each program in the handout that has a renewal period. Add renewal reminder in an entry's details saves the file for that program alone.
Each reminder is dated 30 days before the program's usual renewal period ends, counted from today. The file holds program names, phone numbers, and web addresses. It holds no patient details.
Income check and badges
The Income check turns household size and income into a percent of the 2026 federal poverty guideline. It does this on your device. The income amount is never saved, sent, or printed.
It lists 18 programs in groups. Each program shows one status, such as Within published limit or Check rules. A status compares your answers with a published limit. It is not a decision.
Household size, the poverty percent, coverage, age, and pregnancy stay in this browser tab until you close it, press Clear, or clear the handout. The chip in Search shows the percent and household size, such as 109% FPL · 3 people.
If the patient is pregnant, check Pregnant instead of adding the baby. A program that counts an expected baby is compared as a household one person larger, and says so.
Programs whose rules leave out the patient's coverage move to Other programs, with a label such as Not for Medicare patients.
Cards in Search and in the Medication list can show badges. A badge compares one of your answers with one published limit for income, coverage, or age. The details explain why you see each badge.
Where a program sets a different income limit for some medicines, an option in the Medication list is compared with the limit for its medicine. A Search card cannot know the medicine, so between a program's lowest and highest limit it says Check income rules.
A badge is not a decision about any person.
Medication list
Paste a medication list, one medicine per line, or copy it from an EMR. The tool checks the first 25 entries against 2,842 medicine names.
A medicine is recognized only from a whole name, never part of one. A name may be followed by the pen or inhaler it comes in, so Lantus SoloStar is read as Lantus. Every other entry is listed under Not recognized, so nothing drops out.
Lines that look like personal details, such as a line labeled Name: or DOB, a phone number, or a record number, are skipped and never shown. The tool says how many lines it skipped.
For each medicine it shows up to three directory options that may help, with a button to see more in Search. An option is a place to ask. It is not a promise of coverage.
Add to handout puts an option on the handout next to the medicine name. Medicine names go into a link or QR code only if you tick Include medicine names in the link.
The pasted list stays on your device. It is not saved, put in a link, or sent. The Search buttons are the one exception. Each one types a single line into Search, and Search shares search text with TypeSafe AI to improve matches, as the note under the search box says.
Offline use
Once you open the home page, the site saves a copy of it and its files on your device, and then a copy of each page you open. Without an internet connection you see the last saved copy, and the home page shows a banner that says so. A page that was never saved opens the home page instead.
Smart search is off while you are offline. Search still matches entries on your device.

The NovoCare Patient Assistance entry now lists the October 2025 paper form as offered only when the online form is down.
The Georgia Access premium tax credit rule in the Income check now says that an offer of a job-based plan rules a person out only when the plan is affordable. A person who is enrolled in a job-based plan is still ruled out.
